DIGITALIZATION CAN ONLY SUCCEED WHEN CYBER SECURITY AUTHORITY IS ONE STEP AHEAD

Hon. Minister Joseph Cudjoe, Minister for Public Enterprises has charged the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) to put in place measures which will enable an efficient regulation of the Cyber space.

The Minister emphasized that looking at the dispensation in the world today, where there is the gradual increase in the use of technology, cyber-crimes were likely to be on the rise and so is pertinent that the Cyber Security Authority devises means to be a step ahead to curb cyber-crimes.

Hon. Cudjoe charged Management to put measures in place to ensure superior oversight and control over activities within the country’s cyberspace.

The Minister made these submissions during his working visit to the Cyber Security Authority on Friday 19th May 2023.
